I switched from another broker last year and the difference is clear. Execution is fast, the platform rarely lags even during high volatility, and their support actually responds within minutes. Very happy so far.
Decent broker overall, though spreads widen a bit during news.
Execution was fine at first, but during a major news release I got hit with heavy slippage and a requote that cost me a good chunk. Support was slow to respond and fairly dismissive. For calm markets it's usable, but I wouldn't trust it with size.
